Str+2 or Con+2 vs Will

Hit:
The target takes a -2 penalty to attacking you or your allies until the end of your next turn. This effect stacks with the marked condition penalty.

Critical:
The enemy is also deafened and grants combat advantage.(save ends).

Effect:
You may mark any or all enemies in the blast.

Special:
Increase the attack to Mod+4 at 11th level and Mod+6 at 21st level.
